About the role
The LSF is looking for a Project Manager to play a central role in identifying, developing, and delivering
high-impact localisation projects that advance South Africa’s industrial growth. As part of the Project
Management function, the position requires a strategic thinker with strong project development capability,
excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate industrial strategy into practical,
implementable outcomes. The successful candidate will work across industry, government, and technical
partners to shape opportunities, mobilise expertise, and drive projects from concept through to execution and
measurable impact.
